DAY ONE Membership Terms
Membership Price
The DAY ONE Membership is $109 plus GST per month.
The $109 monthly membership price is guaranteed for as long as the membership remains continuously active and in good standing. The base monthly price will never increase while your DAY ONE Membership remains active.
Applicable taxes may change as required by law.
Automatic Monthly Billing
The DAY ONE Membership is an automatically renewing monthly membership.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize THE ZONE YYC to charge your selected payment method $109 plus GST each month until you cancel.
Your recurring billing date will be based on the date your membership begins.
Cancellation
You may cancel your DAY ONE Membership at any time.
Cancellation takes effect immediately. All membership access, benefits and privileges end as soon as the cancellation is processed, even if time remains in your current billing period.
No prorated refund or credit will be provided for any unused portion of the current billing period, except where required by law.
Loss of DAY ONE Status
DAY ONE Memberships are limited and may sell out.
When you cancel, you permanently give up:
Your DAY ONE membership spot
Your guaranteed $109 monthly price
All DAY ONE membership benefits and privileges
If DAY ONE Memberships are sold out, you will not be able to repurchase the membership after cancelling. Previous membership does not provide priority access or guarantee that another DAY ONE spot will become available.
DAY TWO Membership Option
If you cancel your DAY ONE Membership, you may purchase a DAY TWO Membership, subject to availability and the pricing, benefits and terms offered at that time.
Cancellation does not automatically transfer or convert your membership to DAY TWO. A DAY TWO Membership must be purchased separately.
Failed Payments
Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, membership privileges may be suspended immediately. If the payment issue is not resolved, the membership may be cancelled and the DAY ONE spot may be released.
Once cancelled, the $109 guaranteed price and DAY ONE membership status cannot be reinstated unless THE ZONE YYC chooses to make a new DAY ONE spot available.
Membership Use and Conduct
Memberships are personal and may not be shared, transferred or resold.
All members must follow THE ZONE YYC’s safety rules, facility policies and staff instructions. THE ZONE YYC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership for unsafe conduct, misuse of membership privileges, non-payment or serious violation of facility rules.
